What does Reiki mean?
Reiki can treat physical ailments without using pressure, manipulation or massage. It is also an holistic system for balancing, healing and harmonising all aspects of the person, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. It can also be used to encourage personal and spiritual awareness and growth.
Reiki helps to relax the mind and body and releases any blockages in our energy system that we disrupt or weaken in our life. This may be due to poor diet, medication, drugs, alcohol, lack of exercise, overwork or stress.

What to expect during a treatment:
You remain fully clothed and I place my had above or lightly on your body. During the treatment warmth or tingling may be experienced caused by the flow of energy. Everyone feels extremely relaxed and invigorated, both emotionally and physically.
Each session lasts approximately one hour and can be undertaken on either a treatment bed or a relaxer chair, whichever you find most comfortable.
