The need to be relaxed indicates that we stressed. Who wouldn't be? Our lives are fuller, faster and more 'on the go' than ever before. We tend to spend all of our waking moments 'doing' things, rather than 'being'.

Each session lasts one hour and you are guaranteed to leave feeling refreshed yet calm. Where appropriate you are given support material to help you continue your practice at home. It may be a workbook, short exercises, mantras or a CD to help guide you to total relaxation.
