Having a Ball in Pilates

This late-spring course sees a welcome return to the Pilates Small Ball.  Great for buttocks, upper body and  errmm - abdominals!

Each Pilates move can be enhanced by using the ball.  It can be used to make the exercise more challenging, or to assist and make the movement better for you.   If you have a ball please feel free to bring it, but I have plenty.  If you would like your own, please let me know and I can order you one.
